Defective or damaged products
If you received defective or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 7 days. We'll be happy to send a replacement order or give you a full refund.
Items lost in transit
By ordering from us, you agree to our delivery times. Most orders are delivered within the advertised time frames; However, external factors such as customs checks can sometimes cause delays. If the delivery times for your order exceed our displayed time frame by 10 working days, you can contact us and we will be happy to send a replacement order or provide a full refund.
It's coming back

Lost or stolen packages
autostyle.live is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for ordering. Upon request, AutoStyle will confirm delivery to the specified address, delivery date, tracking information and carrier information for the customer to review.
